Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA - Neonatal NICU
About The Position
A well-established Neonatology group is hiring multiple Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time, hospital-employed roles in Southern Oregon. Providers care for infants in an associated 25-bed Level III NICU and work collaboratively with the neonatology group and a 25-provider OB/GYN department. Additional shifts are available at a premium rate. New graduates will be considered; prior NP/PA experience is preferred. The practice is part of an award-winning health system in a family-oriented university community of about 85,000 residents. The region offers nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, year-round outdoor recreation, local wineries, farm-to-table dining, and arts and theater, along with affordable small-city living.

- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a neonatal/NICU focus.
Nice To Haves
- Prior NP/PA experience is preferred; new graduates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for infants in a 25-bed Level III NICU.
- Collaborate with the neonatology group and OB/GYN department.
- Work additional shifts when available.
Benefits
- $191,000 salary, negotiable.
