About The Position
Atrium Health Dermatology SouthPark/Concord is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its dermatology team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This outpatient-only position involves working alongside established dermatology providers in a collaborative, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The practice consists of 14 physicians and 1 APP and provides dedicated clinical support. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no call responsibilities, nights, weekends, or inpatient coverage. The role is based in one of Charlotte’s premier communities. The listed pay range is $47.50–$71.25. Compensation within the range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and training. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
- Current national certification as an NP or PA.
- Ability to obtain necessary credentialing and privileging.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of dermatologic conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management.
- Educate patients about skin health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff to support high-quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
