About The Position

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking to hire a full-time Cardiovascular APC (Advanced Practicing Clinician, PA or NP) to join our current Heart and Vascular team of 20 Cardiologists and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians. SEBMG is the largest multi-specialty group in the East Bay San Franscisco region comprised of over 650 providers who deliver the highest quality care across our communities. Our cutting-edge Heart and Vascular program provides not only basic preventative and general cardiology care but also sub specialized care including complex coronary interventions, structural heart and valvular procedures, electrophysiology, comprehensive cardiac imaging, advanced heart failure, cardio-oncology, women's health, and clinical research. Our program currently serves 4 hospitals and multiple outpatient clinics. This is a full-time position, predominantly outpatient with opportunity for inpatient care at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. The role involves working directly with our cardiologists in a team approach, and the clinician will be eligible to become a shareholder of Sutter East Bay Medical Group.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience working within Cardiology
Current California State NP or PA License
Active DEA registration

Experience in in-basket coverage preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver cardiovascular services as an Advanced Practicing Clinician (PA or NP).
Work directly with cardiologists in a team approach.
Provide predominantly outpatient care with opportunities for inpatient care.
Cover satellite site at Castro Valley on an as needed basis.
Participate in a cutting-edge Heart and Vascular program offering specialized care.
