About The Position
This is a unique opportunity to join a busy, physician-led cardiovascular practice where APPs are truly involved in patient care and gain real exposure to electrophysiology from day one. Daytona Heart Group is looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is eager to learn, stay engaged, and grow within cardiology long term. Whether you’re a new grad wanting mentorship or an experienced APP looking to transition into EP, this team is open to training the right person.
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Florida license or ability to obtain
- Interest in cardiology/electrophysiology strongly preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Cardiology experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities
- Work closely alongside experienced cardiologists and EP providers
- Manage follow-up visits and ongoing cardiovascular care
- Participate in hospital consults and rounding
- Exposure to electrophysiology procedures, devices, and patient management
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
