About The Position

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality and cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct psychiatric and AODA assessments of patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will see patients as needed for new and follow-up psychiatric care, AODA treatment, including medications and psychotherapy. You will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients with acute and chronic health needs.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant)
Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin (if Nurse Practitioner)
Active PA license in State of Wisconsin (if Physician Assistant)
Active board certification as a NP in Psychiatric-Mental Health (if Nurse Practitioner)
Active PA board certification (if Physician Assistant)
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
