About The Position

BestMed is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates for on-site urgent care clinics across Oregon. The organization provides compassionate, efficient, and accessible care to patients of all ages, seven days a week. Providers work with a collaborative team in modern facilities to deliver patient-centered care and help patients avoid unnecessary emergency-room visits. The role offers a three-day work week and flexible scheduling. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
• Solid understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Genuine passion for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to patients within clinical guidelines and state regulations.
• Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.

• Provide accessible, non-emergency medical treatment to help patients avoid unnecessary ER visits.
