Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate: Immediate Care (Sky Care)
About The Position
Sky Care, the immediate care branch of Sky Lakes Medical Group, is looking for a dedicated NP or PA to join their experienced team. This position offers a unique blend of clinical independence and a supportive, collegial environment. The role is in a fast-paced, outpatient environment where the provider has the freedom to manage their own patient panel within a highly collaborative group. The schedule involves working three 12-hour shifts per week, providing four days off. The clinical scope includes full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day. Opportunities for academic involvement are available for those interested in teaching or professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable seeing a diverse patient panel.
- High-achieving new graduates with a strong background in emergency or urgent care may be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures like toenail removal.
