About The Position

Sky Care, the immediate care branch of Sky Lakes Medical Group, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join their experienced team. This position offers a unique blend of clinical independence and a supportive, collegial environment in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The role is in a fast-paced, outpatient setting where the provider will manage their own patient panel within a collaborative group. The schedule involves three 12-hour shifts per week, providing four days off. The clinical scope includes full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day. While no specific procedures are mandated, candidates comfortable with "UC basics" like suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal) are valued. Opportunities for academic involvement are available for those interested in teaching or professional development.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting.
Comfortable working independently.
Comfortable seeing a diverse patient panel.
Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
High-achieving new graduates with a strong background in emergency or urgent care may be considered.

Nice To Haves

Experience with suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal).
