NP/ PA - Orthopedic Surgery
About The Position
CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Orthopedic Surgery team in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. The role is part of a physician-led, faith-based organization focused on quality care, community well-being, and work-life balance. The clinic team includes two orthopedic surgeons and one nurse practitioner, and uses a dyad leadership model that supports clinical leadership and decision-making. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. AI-integrated services support documentation, and Epic is used in both inpatient and outpatient settings. CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is a Top 50 Physician Group in the U.S. and has more than 2,000 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arkansas.
Requirements
