We specialize in Medical, Psychiatric Services, Wound Care and Palliative Care. We are hiring for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Lansdale, PA. We offer flexible employment opportunities across multiple scheduling options, including Full Time / Part Time / PRN. This role is ideal for an experienced NP or PA seeking a flexible, well-supported role in a collaborative environment that values expertise and independence, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule and no nights, weekends, or holidays.
Requirements
- Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
- Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
- Educate patients, families, and staff
- Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
