Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Cincinnati, OH)
About The Position
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced, full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to patients in and around Cincinnati, Ohio. The provider will apply medical techniques and principles under physician supervision and care for a diverse patient population with chronic diseases. Ennoble Care clinicians provide care in patients’ homes, including for people with chronic conditions and limited mobility. The company also offers remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs. The position offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, support from an in-house clinical team, and an opportunity to join the growing leadership team. Compensation is $105,000–$130,000+ depending on experience and other incentives; providers are paid per visit.
Requirements
- Board certified, with valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in Ohio.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to confidently and accurately treat, assess, and diagnose.
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
- Ability to problem-solve confidently and work independently.
- One to two years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice experience is highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in and around Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Assess patients’ health through physical examinations, obtaining and updating medical histories, and developing care plans.
- Communicate with office staff and clinical operations through internal platforms.
- Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
- Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Build trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
- Prescribe medications, supplies, and medically necessary interventions.
