About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative team. The provider will work closely under physician supervision to ensure continuity of care. Experienced professionals and new graduates eager to learn are encouraged to apply. The role involves caring for patients with chronic pain in a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced clinical environment. There is no call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed history and physical exams to assess a wide range of chronic pain conditions.
- Develop tailored treatment plans combining medications, interventional procedures, and other supported modalities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 25–30 individuals.
- Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care.
