About The Position

Esse Health is seeking a compassionate full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for our office of Dr.'s Knapp & Miranda. This is an opportunity to practice with independence and at the highest level of your training in a physician-led, supportive practice environment. The role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, emphasizing preventive care, wellness, and patient education. The provider will conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a physician partner. Accurate and efficient documentation in the electronic health record (NextGen) is required, as is coordination of care with specialists and other healthcare team members. Participation in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives is also expected.

Requirements

Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

Responsibilities
