Requirements

Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
Comfortable reviewing advanced imaging and coordinating specialty referrals
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Professional, compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping patients achieve lasting improvements in their health and function.

Nice To Haves

Experience performing injections and office-based procedures preferred
Experience in musculoskeletal medicine, orthopedics, pain management, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, or rehabilitation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits
Review and interpret MRI, CT, Doppler Ultrasound, and other diagnostic studies
Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as appropriate
Collaborate with Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Interventional Pain, Orthopedic, and Vascular providers to optimize patient outcomes
Perform in-office procedures including Trigger Point / joint Injections, Botox for Migraine management, TRT, BHRT, PRP treatments
Assist in outpatient orthopedic spine procedures within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR
