About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to patients in the Sarasota, Florida region. The provider will apply medical techniques and principles under physician supervision and care for a diverse patient population with chronic diseases. Care is delivered in patients’ homes, including primary and palliative care for people with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Providers are paid per visit.

Requirements

• Board certified, with valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem-solve confidently and work independently.
• One to two years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Sarasota, Florida.
• Assess patients’ health through physical examinations, obtaining and updating medical histories, and developing care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations using internal platforms.
• Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Build trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate medically necessary interventions.
