Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Supervisor of Neurosurgery
About The Position
This dynamic position will join a fast paced and complex department that offers a full spectrum care to neurosurgical patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Included in the NP/PA scope are complex patients in the Neuro Critical Care Unit, the Emergency Department, the Neurosurgical inpatient unit and outpatients being evaluated for or returning post-surgery. Responsibilities include supervising a growing team of NP/PAs who manage patients across their continuum of care and assist with bedside procedures under the supervision of a physician. The incumbent will serve as a vital partner to department leadership, surgeons, residents, allied health professionals, and the NP/PA team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to deliver exceptional patient care. With an unwavering commitment to safety and an outstanding patient experience, this role will help shape and elevate the standard of excellence across every touchpoint of care.
