Requirements
- Unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain by start date
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA
- Current DEA registration or ability to by start date
- Current BLS certification or ability to by start date
Nice To Haves
- Experience in providing patient care under a Value Based Care Model
- Experience in outpatient Primary Care
- Knowledge of HEDIS measures, CAHPS, HOS, HCC Coding documentation
- Proficient in Medicare Annual Wellness visits
- Proficient in EMR systems & technology (EPIC Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Practice outpatient Primary Care at the full scope of your license, focusing on value-based care
- Average 8-10 patients per day, allowing ample time with each patient
- Protected administrative time to ensure balance in your day
- Utilize EPIC EMR system with Dragon dictation and AI notetaking
- Work with a dedicated MA team for rooming and support
- Leverage onsite lab, imaging and pharmacy resource support for medication refills
- Advance the health of your community
- Contribute new practice ideas and initiatives
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
