About The Position

University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established primary care team in Pleasanton, California. This role involves approximately 50% direct patient care, managing your own panel and supporting the care team, and 50% in-basket management and panel support. The position offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care, including basic outpatient procedures, within a diverse community-based practice model that emphasizes strong continuity of care. You will be part of a collaborative practice with primary care physicians, specialists, and other NPs, with seamless referral access within the Stanford Medicine network.

Requirements

• Full-time schedule: 40 patient-contact hours per week.
• Minimum 1-2 years of primary care experience required.
• BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities
