Providence St. Joseph Hospital is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Eureka, California. This is a full-time position with a tenured, passionate and collaborative group that works closely together. The role involves providing consultative services and collaborating with hospitalists and intensivists on patient care in a high-needs community with many acute cases. The regional team, which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Eureka, offers extensive support. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience working with interdisciplinary teams, comfortable with independent practice, and is an excellent communicator.
