Nurse Practitioner, NP - Comprehensive Weight and Wellness
About The Position
Main Line Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for their Comprehensive Weight and Wellness Group. This role involves enhancing quality patient care, amplifying communication between physicians, families, and the healthcare team, and performing acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. The Nurse Practitioner will also lead quality and evidence-based care initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required
- MSN Required
- Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
- Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved
Nice To Haves
- 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in related clinical area
- Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Primary care preferred
- New to Practice may considered with strong clinical training in Weight and Wellness and/or Primary Care
Responsibilities
