IV NutritionFlowery Branch, GA

About The Position

Join a mission-driven wellness clinic where your leadership, clinical expertise, and client relationships truly matter — with the autonomy, schedule, and compensation upside you deserve! This role offers true autonomy and leadership, allowing you to run day-to-day clinic operations with real independence as Clinic Director/Manager. You will shape protocols, team culture, client experience, and growth initiatives with engaged ownership support. The position focuses on direct client impact and connection, moving beyond task-based care to conduct personalized consultations, wellness assessments, and education sessions, building meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients. It features a predictable daytime schedule and work-life balance with fixed daytime hours in a modern outpatient wellness clinic, with no night shifts, no hospital on-call, and no unpredictable acute care chaos. Primarily Monday–Friday (8–10 hour shifts) with occasional Saturday support as the clinic grows, evenings and most weekends are yours. You will join at an exciting early stage, where your leadership directly influences the clinic's trajectory and your compensation trajectory. The clinic is a locally owned, mission-driven wellness clinic scaling in the greater Atlanta area.
