We are seeking an Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner with the ability to prescribe medication assisted treatment medications, including buprenorphine and methadone, to join our team to fulfill its mission of advancing recovery to those suffering from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide care on an outpatient basis to those diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder. We operate an integrated care delivery clinic with provision of medication assisted treatment, behavioral health services, case management, and peer services. We provide these services in-person or virtually to bring the most comprehensive level of care to the patients that we serve. The Lane County Medication Assisted Treatment Program uses a holistic model of treatment that embraces traditional abstinence-based recovery as well as harm reduction principles. We have a dedicated and passionate team who provides medication assisted treatment services to help program participants reduce and ultimately end the use of opiates.
