About The Position

Join IVX Health as a Nurse Practitioner supporting our Williamsburg infusion center in Brooklyn, NY! This is a Full-Time role with a schedule of four shifts per week, Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays. The majority of shifts are standard daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with occasional early and late shifts as part of the regular rotation. Standard daytime shifts are typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, early shifts are typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and late shifts are typically 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (usually one per week). While shifts are generally not 12 hours in length, candidates should be comfortable working both early and late hours as part of the regular rotation to support clinic operations and patient needs. IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients. With your expertise in infusion therapy, you’ll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. You’ll ensure every treatment is delivered with precision and care, making a real difference in patients’ lives.

Requirements

• Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
• Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
• Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
• Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

• Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
• Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
• Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
• Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
