Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (On Site) Hours: M-F 9:30 am to 6 pm Salary: $166,400
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner License
- Experience with adults in Mental Health field
- Available to work a flexible schedule a MUST
- Responsible for all documentation requirements per OMH regulations and agency policy
- Will have Collaborative Agreement with the Medical Director
Responsibilities
- Assess participants utilizing the Clinical Component
- Provide medical services (medication assessment, lab work, prescriptions, etc.)
- Coordinate and collaborate with medical providers (primary care physicians, specialists, etc.), crisis assessment and management (behavioral and medical)
- Complete all required documentation
- Provide education to individuals, their families and other service providers, as well as to staff.
