About The Position

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Assess participants utilizing the Clinical Component,Provide medical services (medication assessment, lab work, prescriptions, etc.) Coordinate and collaborate with medical providers (primary care physicians, specialists, etc.), crisis assessment and management (behavioral and medical) Complete all required documentationProvide education to individuals, their families and other service providers, as well as to staff.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner License
• Experience with adults in Mental Health field
• Available to work a flexible schedule a MUST
• Responsible for all documentation requirements per OMH regulations and agency policy
• Will have Collaborative Agreement with the Medical Director
