Nurse Practitioner exists to care for patients as whole people—not just symptoms—by delivering thoughtful, accessible primary care in moments that matter most, both in person and virtually. Requirements

Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, required
Must be located in Arizona with flexibility to work both in-office and virtually
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating EHR and telehealth platforms

Nice To Haves

Family Practice or Primary Care experience, preferred
Prior telehealth experience, a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing in-office and virtual family practice visits, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
Supporting patients by managing acute and chronic conditions and educating them on preventive care and wellness
Collaborating with Medical Assistants, a Medical Director, and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure strong patient outcomes
Improving access to primary care through a mix of in-person and telehealth services
Advocating for patients by delivering thoughtful, patient-first care that removes barriers to treatment
