About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to active-duty military members and their families in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment. The position is an outpatient-only practice with a supportive, team-oriented environment and minimal administrative burden. The patient population is described as appreciative and compliant.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
- Active NP license in accordance with state board requirements
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to active-duty military members and their families.
- Manage a patient load of 17 to 19 patients per day.
- Participate in one Saturday shift every 4-5 weeks.
