Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice (FNP)
About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated Primary Care team at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to active-duty military members and their families in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment. The position is a full-time, outpatient-only practice with a predictable schedule of 40 hours per week and a manageable patient load of 12-15 patients per day. It features a supportive, team-oriented environment with minimal administrative burden and an appreciative, compliant patient population. Requirements
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
- Active NP license (any state accepted)
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
