About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated Primary Care team at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This role involves delivering high-quality care to active-duty military members and their families in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment. The position offers a full-time, predictable schedule of 40 hours per week with a manageable patient load of 12-15 patients per day, an outpatient-only practice, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with minimal administrative burden. The patient population is described as appreciative and compliant.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
• Active NP license (any state accepted)
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)

Responsibilities
