About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated Primary Care team at the Dumfries Ambulatory Care Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This role involves delivering high-quality care to active-duty military members and their families in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment. The position offers a predictable 40-hour work week with a manageable patient load of 12-15 patients per day, an outpatient-only practice with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with minimal administrative burden. The patient population is described as appreciative and compliant. The role is a government contract position requiring U.S. Citizenship.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
- Active NP license (any state accepted)
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
