About The Position
Pearl Street Medical Clinic, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner passionate about delivering patient-centered primary care. This role offers clinical autonomy and the support of a provider-led organization. You will join an experienced, collaborative team focused on meaningful connections between providers and patients. As part of Praxis Health, Oregon's largest independent, provider-led medical group, you will have the flexibility to practice medicine your way and build a rewarding career in a welcoming community. The practice emphasizes relationship-centered care, continuity, and panel development, with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity to practice the full scope of Family Medicine.
Requirements

- Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
- BE/BC
