About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Heartland Internal Medicine located in Camby, Indiana. The provider will join an established, busy practice with physicians and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance. The candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. The candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. The practice sees patient ages 13+ and common diagnoses include Medicare wellness visits, physicals, diabetes and endocrinology issues, heart failure, and anxiety.
