About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing demand for primary care services. This provider would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. The practice offers telehealth services and common diagnoses include child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure. Requirements

Master's Degree
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
