Nurse Practitioner - Electrophysiology
About The Position
This is a locum tenens position for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Electrophysiology in an outpatient setting. The role involves providing clinical care to patients with a focus on acute established patients, regular follow-ups, and hospital follow-ups. The Nurse Practitioner will manage patient communication through the inbox and collaborate with a dedicated support staff including MAs, LPNs, RNs, physicians, and other APPs. The coverage period is from November 30, 2026, to March 01, 2027, with a clinical shift schedule of Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 4 PM or 7 AM to 5 PM (4x10s).
Requirements
- Active Ohio license or Compact license
- CNP certification
- PA certification
- CNS certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient electrophysiology care for clinic patients with 30-minute visits
- Manage patient inbox and follow-up communication
- Conduct acute established patient visits, regular follow-ups, and hospital follow-ups
- Collaborate with RN support for patient message management
- Work alongside multiple physicians and APPs in an outpatient setting
