Nurse Practitioner - Cancer Genetics and Prevention (Part Time)

Beth Israel Lahey HealthCambridge, MA
Onsite

About The Position

When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. The position is 24 hours per week (20 clinical hours, 4 admin hours). The ideal schedule is 3 days per week, but some flexibility is available. We’re looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner to join our warm, collaborative, and mission-driven Cancer Genetics and Prevention team. This is a unique opportunity for an NP who is passionate about patient care, cancer prevention, and women’s health, and who is excited by the evolving and intellectually stimulating field of oncology. Our oncology division at MAH is a truly special place, built around compassionate care, teamwork, and deep commitment to our patients and one another. The Cancer Genetics and Prevention program is a small but mighty team within the larger oncology group, consisting of an MD, cancer genetic counselor, administrative coordinator, medical assistant, and this NP role - an integral and highly valued member of the practice. This is a highly patient-facing position with meaningful continuity of care. The NP will potentially see both new cancer genetics consultations and longitudinal annual follow-up visits for high-risk patients, partnering closely with the team physician in an alternating care model. We’re seeking someone who brings clinical excellence, curiosity, warmth, and a genuine love of patient care. If you are looking for a supportive team where your voice matters and your work makes a real difference, we would love to meet you and share more about our program.
