About The Position

LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, specializing in advanced, non-surgical treatments that combine medical expertise and cutting-edge technology. Our clinics run at high volume with a team-first culture. Clinicians here help build loyal patient books and have a real voice in how care is delivered. This role involves being the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery, owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results. The position is for a brand new location opening in October, with an anticipated start date of October 5th. The role involves performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, documenting accurately, and staying engaged in a high-volume environment using a custom EMR designed to simplify charting. Practitioners will work with the latest FDA-cleared technologies.

Requirements

  • Current, active unencumbered NP license (state-issued)
  • Weekend availability
  • Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
  • Ability to work at up to 3 assigned locations

Nice To Haves

  • Background in acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or aesthetics practice preferred, but not required
  • Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered

Responsibilities

  • Own the patient's full clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
  • Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver seamless, individualized care on a busy clinic floor.
  • Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
  • Document accurately.
  • Stay engaged in a high-volume environment treating 15-25 patients per day.
  • Work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway.
