PeopleOne Health is one of the fastest-growing providers of value-based primary care, consistently earning best-in-class member satisfaction scores. We deliver exceptional healthcare that lowers costs and significantly improves health outcomes by emphasizing preventive care, behavior change, and a proactive approach to wellness through our unique direct primary care model. Our culture thrives on a simple yet powerful motto: care for yourself, care for each other, and care for our members. This position is a blended role providing both acute care and occupational health services to patients at our health centers in Osceola County. In the acute care setting, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) focuses on the timely evaluation and management of episodic illnesses and minor injuries, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education to support rapid recovery and appropriate follow-up for ages 2 years and older. In the occupational health setting, the NP manages work-related injuries and illnesses, performs employment-related services (e.g., physicals, screenings, and regulatory exams), and supports return-to-work evaluations and workplace safety initiatives. Working autonomously and in collaboration with physicians, the NP prescribes medications, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and coordinates care within an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes. The NP also provides clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals, assists in training and onboarding new clinical staff, and oversees patient care coordination, ensuring best practices in treatment and follow-up care.
