You’ll join at an early stage with the chance to help build a health center and a care model from the ground up. This isn’t just about management; it’s about providing real-time clinical guidance while simultaneously building the workflows and team structures that define our care model. You’ll move fluidly between mentoring your staff and solving complex operational hurdles, owning outcomes from end to end. Beyond the day-to-day readiness of the clinic, you will be the primary architect of your team: recruiting, onboarding, and coaching a high-performing group to ensure safety, compliance, and a seamless experience for every patient.
