About The Position

This role functions in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, logging and documenting daily interactions with employees and the care provided. The nurse will conduct pre-fill physical assessments, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry as required. Occasional transportation to other health facilities may be necessary.

Requirements

• EMT Certified, LPN Certified, Nurse Aide II or higher nursing qualification, with clearance to work in this state.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Computer skills.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• The ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of management.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities
