About The Position

Expanding practice seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife to work in Findlay, Ohio! Join a nonprofit health system's established, high-volume Women's Health program, with 24/7 in-house OB hospitalist support and a supportive, flexible practice environment. This role involves practicing across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton. The weekday schedule includes two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day, with OB hospitalist support. Weekend call is on a 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday). Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75, about 45 minutes south of Toledo. Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations is valued. The ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model is essential. The practice offers a flexible scheduling and supportive environment.

Requirements

Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
