About The Position

ChristianaCare Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) and Surgical Specialty Unit (SSU) at Union Hospital in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care, a commitment to clinical excellence, and a collaborative leadership style. This role involves fostering excellence in patient outcomes and staff development within a dynamic clinical setting.

Requirements

• Current nursing licensure in the State of Maryland or compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Completed BSN and Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Science in Nursing.
• 5 years of appropriate clinical and leadership experience.
• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Nurse Executive certification preferred.
