About The Position
The Nurse Manager provides leadership for her/his designated area of responsibility in accordance with the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Administration, Nurse Practice Act, and Code of Ethics for Nursing in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Strategic plan for the Nursing Division. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the Medical Unit at UHS Delaware Valley Hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Nursing
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experience
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration and/or clinical practice area)
