4S Nurse Manager - Orthopedic
About The Position
AnMed is a not-for-profit health system in Anderson, South Carolina, dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care. The 4S Nurse Manager – Orthopedic supervises nursing unit activities and staff to support high-quality patient care, efficient operations, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. The role oversees nursing personnel, including scheduling and performance management, and directs unit quality initiatives and compliance with standards. The manager is expected to continue professional growth through assignments involving nursing staff training initiatives, development programs, and participation in professional organizations.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- At least three years of clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Master's degree required within three years of hire. If the master's degree is not in nursing, a BSN and a master's degree in a related field approved by the Director, AVP, or CNO are required.
- Nursing executive certification (NE-BC or NEA-BC), or ability to obtain certification within 24 months.

- Supervise and direct nursing unit activities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient nursing operations.
