About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years healthcare experience REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years leadership or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience REQUIRED
- Experience developing workflows, protocols, and policies REQUIRED
- Strong leadership, coaching, and operational management skills REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to nursing staff and supervisors
- Coordinate clinic operations and staffing workflows
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on policies, procedures, and care standards
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, PCMH, and regulatory standards
- Manage inventory, equipment planning, and departmental resources
