About The Position

The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) is a fast-paced, acute crisis care facility located in OKC. It provides 24/7 psychiatric and substance abuse care for individuals in crisis. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature. We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to join our team to provide leadership, supervision, and flexibility in floor coverages (including shift and weekend hours) to our facility staff.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, or Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• Three years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
• Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and two years of professional nursing experience, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
• Or a master’s degree and one year of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity
• Four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
• Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
• Or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity
• Four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity PLUS one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program
• Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity PLUS one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program
• Or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity PLUS one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program
• Four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity
• Or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity
• Or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and flexibility in floor coverages (including shift and weekend hours) to facility staff.
