About The Position

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking an experienced RN leader to lead our 40-bed Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Unit in Kalispell, Montana. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic inpatient team while making a meaningful impact on patient care, staff engagement, quality, and operations. Requirements

• Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Montana
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing practices, regulatory requirements, and nursing care delivery

Nice To Haves

• Recent clinical or leadership experience in a hospital-based inpatient setting, particularly: Progressive Care Telemetry, Critical Care/ICU, Oncology, Surgical Services, Other comparable acute care environments
• Experience leading a complex inpatient unit with responsibility for staffing, patient flow, quality, and team development
• Experience with quality improvement, workforce engagement, and operational performance
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
