About The Position
Deliver ambulatory care, triage emergencies, and provide patient assessments Manage daily Wellness Center operations, staffing, and scheduling Ensure compliance with federal health, safety, and reporting requirements Lead wellness programs (vaccinations, screenings, education, events) Coordinate with medical staff, OSHE, and emergency personnel Oversee facility safety, equipment, and AED program Maintain clinical records, reporting, and quality assurance Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs/LPNs) Provide medical support for special events
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S.)
- 4 years clinical nursing experience
- 2 years supervisory/lead experience
- Experience in ambulatory or occupational health settings
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to meet federal security and credentialing requirements
