The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Admin: Nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years - Relevant clinical experience.
