About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient Nurse Manager role overseeing medical support staff and clinic operations. Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years healthcare experience REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years management or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and policy implementation REQUIRED
- Leadership and team accountability experience REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Oversee outpatient medical support staff operations
- Support clinic workflow efficiency and patient care delivery
- Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and operational standards
- Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and accountability
- Lead staff support, coordination, and operational consistency initiatives
