About The Position

The Nurse Manager Inpatient – Procedural Services is responsible for assisting leaders with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing the department subject to policies, budgets, objectives and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV and the hospital administrative team. Develops and implements patient care policies that are based on evidence and/or best practice standards and comply with regulatory requirements. As new nursing knowledge and innovations in practice advance, leads their application into practice and ensures standardized implementation across the department by working closely and in collaboration with other department nurse leaders and educators.

Requirements

• Required Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS
• American Heart Association PALS
• Current patient care experience in procedural services and critical care nursing
• One year of previous supervisory experience
